Helllooo and welcome to this week’s edition of From Communications Corner!

Well it was disappointing in the end on Tuesday night, was it not? I thought the lads did very, very well, and we matched Stafford Rangers for long periods of the game.

I agree with Ross that Neil Kitching’s side are likely to be promoted this season. Ben Haseley’s goals could make all the difference for them.

We just need to be a little more clinical in front of goal. But generally, when you have a ‘mini drought’ in front of goal then they usually all come at once.

And wouldn’t it be brilliant if those goals started flowing on Saturday?

Emirates FA Cup fever hits Tividale when we entertain local rivals Stourbridge. We are the underdogs but we are playing at home and our players are able to relax and play with no fear.

We are anticipating a large crowd on Saturday so please try and get to The Beeches as early as you possibly can.

Off the field and not a great deal to tell, really. All seems to be quiet on the Western front.

Memberships are currently up for renewal so if you’ve yet to do so then please ask at the bar for details of our new monthly prize draw scheme which includes membership. For full details click here but forms are also available at the bar.

Entertainment wise, Memphis Mike takes to the stage this Saturday evening from 20:00, as a tribute to ELVIS.

So if you’ve a Suspicious Mind, then this is the night for you. Okay, terrible joke! Move on, Steven.

Right, that’s about it. Come and get behind the lads on Saturday!

See you at the bar, Submariners!
