Tividale thumped beleaguered Bilston Town Community 7-1 to maintain their winning start.

But there was an early shock in store for Tividale as Bilston belied their lowly position to take a sixth minute lead.

Good work by Ryan Booth and Delano Reid set up the chance for Matt Barnett to bundle home.

The goal shook Tividale out of their lethargy and they soon levelled through Darragh Bustin.

Demetri Brown bagged a second goal before Bustin made it 3-1 by half time when his free kick deflected home off Bilston’s defensive wall.

Bustin went onto complete a hat-trick in the second half while Brown added his second.

There was also time for Rion Francis-Mills to fire home a brace of goals  to leave bottom of the table Bilston as the only side without a point so far this season.

Wolves Casuals quickly recovered from their midweek defeat to Tividale as they bounced back to beat local rivals Wednesfield 3-2.

Casuals went 2-0 up through goals from Kieron Miller and Scott Sandland but Wednesfield clawed themselves back onto level terms through former Casuals favourite Kevin Nickle and Fabian Facey.

Jordan Uppal netted Casuals’ winner which keeps them up with the early season pacesetters.

Dudley Sports snapped up a 4-2 triumph at Cradley Town to continue their splendid start to the season.

Ryan Piggott rifled Cradley in front before Tony Abayi struck twice to put Sports ahead.

Piggott pulled Cradley back level again but it was Sports who finished on top, Liam Timms netting direct from a free kick before Abayi crowned a classy show with his hat-trick.

Wellington produced a prized 2-0 with a Malvern Town through goals in either half from Neil Warmsley and Adam Newbury.

Pershore Town also pulled off a pleasing 2-1 win at Pegasus Juniors.

Jordan Hayward put Pershore ahead only for Kyle Panniers to level early in the second half before James Taylor thumped home a 66th minute winner.

Simon Rudd struck home a spectacular opening goal for Bewdley Town but it wasn’t enough to beat Smethwick Rangers who recovered to record a 1-1 draw,

Rudd rammed home after being set up by Russ Godfrey and new signing Ryan Rowe.

But Smethwick responded right on the stroke of half time through Sukraz Nijjer.

Dudley Town paid the penalty as they were held to a 2-2 draw by Shifnal Town.

Ben Cullen twice converted from the penalty spot to give Shifnal a share of the points after James Bland and  Connor Hadlington proved on target for Dudley.

Black Country Rangers made it four straight wins to top the table with a 3-1 victory at Shrewsbury side Haughmond.

AFC Bridgnorth battled their way to a 2-1 triumph at Hereford Lads Club while Shawbury secured a 3-0 success over fellow Shropshire side Wem Town.
